The inner layer is constructed of 304 grade stainless steel, which is rust-free and food safe. The middle layer is entirely made of aluminum, ensuring uniform heat distribution, and the third layer is constructed of 430 stainless steel which makes it compatible to be used on various heat sources like gas, induction, electrical, and halogen. This triply stainless steel kadai has an ergonomically designed riveted stainless steel handle which is made up of stainless steel casting, using cool touch technology which avoids it getting hot.
